The following metal badge looks to be brass, with the traditional style of lettering used by Finlay Brothers on their head badges. Originally it would have been attched on the front stem of a bicycle.
As you can see, there are two small pin holes either side of the lettering, probably used to affix the badge. There is also, what looks to be, some lead solder on the back of this badge.
